How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every NOMI Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
